I was supposed to attend a food event this afternoon but because of the sudden pour of rain, I decided not to go as the place was very far from us and will take about two hours not counting the traffic I might encounter because of the rain to reach the said occasion. Worried that what I had experienced last Monday when we had dinner with my sister in a restaurant happened again. Another reason that made me reluctant to go was I really didn’t know the exact location for the supposed event that I have to rely on their ceramic address plaques if there’s any to find the site. I’ll just make sure before accepting any invitation that I know the place or not very far from us as I’m not very good with directions and easily get lost.
